Q: Satisfaction Guaranteed?
A: If you are not totally satisfied with an item that you purchase, you may return it in its original, new condition within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund. Clubs may not be returned after they have been used. Balls, bags, shoes may not be returned in used condition unless defective or unless covered by manufacturers warranty. If the return is due to a product misrepresentation or product defect, we will refund your shipping charges. If returned for other reasons, shipping charges will not be refunded.


Q: I received my tracking number, how do  track my order?
A: To check the status of your order and estimated time of delivery: log on to http://www.ups.com/ or phone 1-888-355-1611. When you enter the UPS web site it will prompt you to choose your country. Type in the tracking number where it states "Track" then check "I agree" and click on "track" Now you will click on the link "detailed report" and see exactly where your package is and the estimated time of delivery.
